After years of working as cleaners for a large company in Manchester, Amy & Mazier decided to funnel their passion and pride for cleaning into a business of their own.

Brief

With personality in leaps and bounds, plus the energy to match, the brand identity needed to reflect Amy and Mazier and their mission to provide a personable service that makes a genuine difference.

Approach

After reviewing local and national services, it was clear there is no shortage of sterile, dated and nearly offensive overly feminine brands. Our approach would be full of personality and relatable to Mancunians busy with the hustle and bustle of city life.

Ideation

Working with audience insights provided by the client, we knew that households would be house-proud but time-scarce social butterflies. Which got me thinking, how do things get messy?

Idea

Behind every mess might be a memory, an unforgettable cocktail party or making breakfast with the kids. So we would celebrate and embrace the playful side of making a mess for Mish Mash instead of focusing on the cleanup.
